Michelle Bridges is an amazing representative that I have the pleasure of working with. I know once we provide referral’s to her the family is in great hands. She works so hard to make sure when our client’s and families are well taken care of once they leave our facility. Grateful for her hard work and the services your company provides.

Michelle Bridges is one of the most professional representatives that I have the pleasure of working with. She is an absolute delight when she comes in our facility. Michele always has a smile kn her face. I know once I provide a referral to her the family is leaving us yet going into good hands. Once gaining the relationship I have with Michelle she is the only representative I send referrals to from this community service. I wish we had more "Michelle's" in the world. She is so compassionate and always welcome in our center. She works very hard for our families and we appreciate that so much. Very grateful for her.

Helpful FAQs

We are known for our focus on dementia care and caregiver education. Our Care Pros receive specialized dementia training that goes beyond standard online coursework — hands-on preparation that makes them confident and ready before they ever walk into a client's home.

We also host a monthly dementia caregiver support group where families can receive education, share experiences, ask questions and connect with others who understand what it is like to care for someone living with dementia. It is one of the ways we stay close to the families and challenges in our community.

Our general manager brings more than 18 years of healthcare experience to our team. She began her career as a certified nursing assistant providing direct hands-on care, then advanced into management and leadership roles. She is also a certified dementia practitioner (CDP) and certified medication aide (CMA), bringing specialized knowledge to our most complex memory care cases.

Our client care coordinator has more than three years of direct home care experience, giving her a firsthand understanding of what both clients and Care Pros need to succeed. Together they combine hands-on caregiving roots, dementia expertise and healthcare leadership.

Families most often reach out when an aging loved one needs more support to remain safely at home — help with personal care, companionship, transportation and daily routines. We also see a growing need for dementia and memory care support, especially from families who are not yet sure what resources are available to them.

Beyond providing Care Pros, we help families understand their options. Our monthly caregiver support group and the dementia education we offer are ways we try to reach families before they are in crisis.

Typically within 24 hours. We work with hospital discharge planners, rehabilitation facilities and families to arrange support before a loved one returns home, and we can respond just as quickly for families calling from home who realize they need help now.

Our team is experienced throughout Frankfort and the surrounding communities, and those local relationships — with healthcare providers, senior living communities, hospice teams and rehab facilities — allow us to coordinate care transitions without delay.

We sponsor our local Walk to End Alzheimer's and our local Dementia Support Group. Our team also volunteers in local assisted living communities and memory care settings by leading activities — a way of giving back to the broader senior community beyond our own clients.

Each year we participate in the Be a Santa to a Senior community-giving campaign, which raises donations for isolated and in-need seniors at Christmastime.

Many older adults in our community have lived in their homes for decades — where they raised their families and built lasting memories. They want to stay there. But their families may live out of town or be balancing careers and children alongside caregiving.

Our team bridges that gap with dependable support, transportation, companionship, personal care and experienced dementia support. We also connect families with community resources so they understand all the options available to help their loved one remain safely and comfortably at home for as long as possible.
