Eric Kindt

Eric Kindt is the master franchise in the Netherlands, with a home base in the city of Heemstede. Prior to joining the Home Instead network, Eric worked with a variety of successful organizations, most recently as general director and owner/shareholder of Woonzorgnet BV, a privately owned healthcare company.  Eric has completed HAVO senior general secondary education.

Eric saw an opportunity in the Dutch market because of the growth in the population of seniors 65 years old and older. “It is the right time to enter the Dutch market with a new franchise concept for senior care,” he said.

Eric's daughter, Nicole Kindt, serves as regional manager of the Heemstede office.  Nicole completed HAVO senior general secondary education at Sancta Maria in Haarlem and studied hotel and hospitality management at TIO University in Amsterdam.  Prior to joining Home Instead, Nicole worked as assistant front office manager for NH-Hotel Conference Centre Leeuwenhorst.
