Justin Richardson joined Home Instead in 2020 as a Care Pro. Justin has received a multitude of compliments for his compassion and excellent care. In April, he joined the accounting department as the Billing & Payroll Clerk and has excelled in his new role. Justin has an avidness to learn and grow. His growth and desire to learn and grow resulted in Justin being named Core Value winner of Encouraging Growth in Ourselves and Others.
In his spare time, Justin enjoys baking and cake decorating. The office has enjoyed some of the most amazing desserts! He also enjoys playing the piano, gardening, kayaking, traveling, astronomy, science, and history. His favorite hobby is spending quality time with his partner and their dog, Raven.
