Since we were "new" clients, this was particularly important to us and very assuring. Initially we called Home InStead to help after my husband broke two ankle bones, but the "aids" actually "helped" both of us ("care taking" is a big and tiring job). These ladies (Kim and Lena) were very easy to get along with and were very "helpful" doing all of the mundane chores including driving us to doctor appointments, the pharmacy and supermarkets.
