We love starting the year by honoring our team! Our Director of Operations, Andrea Martin, celebrates her 16th anniversary with Home Instead of Birmingham this week and we couldn't be more proud!
Andrea joined our team in 2009, bringing her warmth and expertise to the senior care industry. Over the years, she’s been an incredible leader, helping us grow and ensuring our clients and caregivers get the support they need. When she isn't at Home Instead, she enjoys time spent at home with her husband and three kids (pictured above).
Andrea, we are so grateful for everything you do for our team and for the seniors and adults who depend on us every day. Here’s to many more years of making a difference together!
