As the new year gets underway, we’re so excited to celebrate Jill Ballinger’s 20th anniversary with Home Instead of Birmingham! Jill started with us back in 2005 as a receptionist and has grown into her current role as our Recruiting and Retention Coordinator. Over the years, she’s been a steady and caring presence in our office, always going above and beyond to support caregivers and ensure our clients receive the best care in Birmingham, AL.
Jill’s passion and kindness inspire everyone around her. She’s not only a fantastic team player but also a proud wife and mom to three amazing kids. You can tell by their family picture that they are one big happy family!
