Every year, Home Instead of Birmingham proudly hosts the Be a Santa to a Senior (BASTAS) program, which brings joy to seniors who might otherwise feel overlooked during the holidays. Through community partnerships, we collect and distribute gifts, delivering thoughtful surprises that brighten the season for those in need.
This year, we delivered gifts to 505 seniors in our community through partnerships with Meals on Wheels and the UAB Heart Failure Clinic. These gifts mean the world for those without family or friends nearby, so we are thankful for our supporters.
As we strive to provide the best home care in Birmingham, AL, we will continue supporting seniors in every way possible. We look forward to partnering with you again next year to continue spreading holiday cheer.
