Home Instead is excited to partner with Visionary Care Consultants to present Coffee Talks at the La Mesa Adult Enrichment Center. Join us for these educational and engaging sessions that will enhance your understanding of aging gracefully.
On August 14th, from 10am to 11am, come learn about "The Keys to Aging in Place." Aging in place is the ability and choice of older adults to live independently and comfortably in their own homes and communities as they age, rather than moving to an institutional setting. This session will cover the five essential steps to ensure successful aging in place, providing valuable insights and practical tips. We will be co-hosting this talk with Visionary Care Consultants to help seniors maintain their independence.
This session will be held at the La Mesa Adult Enrichment Center, located at 8450 La Mesa Blvd, La Mesa, CA. Free coffee and refreshments will be provided to all attendees.
