You have a valid CNA license.
You have 1 year office experience.
You have 1 year employee training experience.
You have 1 year customer service experience.
You have excellent phone / computer skills.
You can document new hire, on-going & hands on training.
You can continuously maintain I-9’s, car insurance, driver's license.& background checks.
Able to take the phone nights and weekends on 3 person rotation.

Day-to-Day Duties...

Interview, screen & vet new caregivers.
Training & orientation for new caregivers.
Must be able to answer the office phone after hours & on weekends / holidays on 3 person rotation.
Must work caregiver shifts in a pinch (days, evenings, overnights,weekends and holidays).
Must be able to document new hire training.
On-going training (such as Alzheimer's / Dementia).
Hands on training (such as how to make an occupied bed).
Continuously maintain I-9’s, car insurance, driver's license.& background checks.
