Typical Shift
Your shift will start with traveling to the home of your assigned client. Client needs vary, so we match Care Professionals’ skills to the clients' needs. You may be asked to do light housekeeping, companionship, outings, medical appointments, showers, toileting, medication reminders, dressing, grooming, oral care, escorting, transferring, or any other ADL or IADL according to the client’s needs. You will NOT be asked to do skilled nursing tasks like administering medications, injections, wound care, or therapy.

Pay
- Starting at $14.50/hour for basic personal and homemaker care
- Starting at $15.00/hour for CNAs
- $14.75/hour for weekend and evening care
- $16.00/hour for specialized care (care level determined at the office's discretion)
- $17.00/hour for nurse delegated services
- $18.00/hour for couple's care
- $12.00/hour for safety overnight care
- 1.5x base pay for holidays and overtime
- Annual performance based raises and discretionary bonuses

Requirements
