Responsibilities: As a Home Instead Care Professional, you will:

  • Provide companionship and engage in meaningful conversations with seniors
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
  • Assist with medication reminders and appointment scheduling
  • Support seniors with grooming, bathing, toileting, and managing incontinence issues

Key Qualities We Seek:

  • Ability to treat seniors and their belongings with dignity and respect
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor
  • Completion of a criminal background check, DMV check, and drug screening
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license and auto insurance (preferred)

Requirements:

  • No prior experience necessary – we provide comprehensive skills training!
  • Complete registration on the Home Care Aide Registry, pass fingerprint clearance, obtain TB clearance, and undergo drug testing before employment.

Compensation Range: We offer competitive hourly rates ranging from $16.00 to $20.50. For 24-hour shifts, earn between $16.00 and $16.60 per hour, totaling $453 to $544 per day depending on shift frequency and start times.
