Recruiter

We are seeking a Recruiter to identify top Caregivers - sourcing, interviewing and hiring. This role has the opportunity to make a critical contribution to the overall organizational success.

Key job responsibilities:

• Attracting new candidates using a variety of sourcing platforms
• Screening candidates online, over the phone and in personal interviews
• Developing relationships with local universities and career centers through job fairs and presentations
• Creating new recruitment strategies to market our open positions and attract additional applicants
• On-call rotation

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Experience in high volume recruitment preferred but not required
• A positive attitude with a passion for working with people and performing meaningful work
• The ability to manage multiple tasks at once and prioritize goals
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• Sound judgment and decision-making skills
• Computer skills, including heavy use of Microsoft Office, Social Media, and Online Job Boards.
• Comfort with outreach to passive candidates within the community
• Creative strategies to attract a pool of candidates consistently

Job Requirements:

• Computer experience
• Recruiting experience preferred
• Experience in high volume recruiting preferred
