Requirements:

  • Availability: Ability to work Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm, with occasional evening and weekend availability.
  • Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably with a background in food service or restaurant settings.
  • Background Check: Must pass a state and federal background check.
  • Driver’s License: Possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with proof of insurance.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, along with active listening abilities.
  • Independence and Confidentiality: Ability to work independently while maintaining confidentiality of information.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Effective interpersonal skills, sound judgment, and good decision-making abilities.
  • Professional Demeanor: Present a professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with computer skills and the ability to learn proprietary software programs.
  • Phone Etiquette: Patient and congenial telephone manner.
