About the Role:

As a Care Professional® (Caregiver) with us, you’ll be the heart of our mission. Your role will be to deliver compassionate, one-on-one care that empowers our clients to live independently and with dignity. Your responsibilities will include:

• Personal Care: Providing support with daily hygiene and personal care.
• Alzheimer’s and Dementia Support: Offering specialized care and companionship.
• Meal Preparation: Creating nutritious and delicious meals.
• Medication Reminders: Ensuring clients take their medications as prescribed.
• Light Housekeeping: Keeping their living spaces clean and welcoming.
• Shopping and Errands: Assisting with errands and grocery shopping.

What We’re Looking For:

• Compassion and Reliability: Your heart should be in caregiving, treating each client with respect and kindness.
• Strong Communication Skills: You should be able to connect and communicate effectively.
• Flexibility: Ability to commute to the South Bay or Marina del Rey areas.
• Drive and Dedication: A valid CA Driver’s License, as well as proof of registration and insurance on your vehicle so that you can transport clients.
• Certification and Training: Register as a CA Home Care Aide (includes background clearance and TB test), complete required training, and pass drug tests.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
