Service Coordinator - Home Care

Our Verona office is hiring a full-time Service Coordinator. If you have excellent people skills and experience coordinating schedules, this job is for you! This position coordinates home care assignments for clients and caregivers, develops positive relationships with our clients and Care Professionals, and effectively communicates changes to those involved.

A successful candidate will have experience in the home care industry, scheduling experience, excellent communication skills, be well organized, and the ability to work under occasional stressful situations with patience and grace.

Qualifications for this position:

• Two years of employee scheduling experience in an office setting is required for this position
• One year of related business experience (Home Care is helpful)
• Computer skills and proficiency in Word and Excel
• Ability to participate in staff on-call backup rotation (compensated)
• High school graduate or equivalent
