Pay $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
- Additional pay per hour for higher acuity patients and couple care

Requirements
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Valid Michigan driver's license
- Social Security card or birth certificate
- Reliable transportation and valid Michigan car insurance
- Complete a criminal background check, motor vehicle record check, and drug screen
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients
- 19 years or older
- Ability to lift 25lbs
