On-Call Supervisor
Newark, Granville, Zanesville
Home Instead is looking for a new On-Call Coordinator to help support our team of caregivers in providing excellent care to our clients.
The On-Call Coordinator will be responsible for answering emergency calls to the office during evening and weekend hours, as well as some holidays.
Our caregivers are essential to the clients receiving the care they need, and the On-Call Coordinator will be key in ensuring they are successful in every aspect of their role.
*This position is remote, but occasional in-person obligations will be required.
Benefits
- Pay on weekdays $35-$40 per day and weekends $100-$150

Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls in a friendly, professional, and knowledgeable manner
- Successfully match clients with Care Professionals
- Monitor and log both client and Care Professional activity and follow up on Care Professional assignments in system
- Communicate client and Care Professional concerns or problems with appropriate admin staff
- Provide quick responses as needed by telephone
- Be able to request off work three months in advanced
- Ensure Home Instead standards and met and upheld
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends and some weekends, as well as holidays
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to listen effectively
- Must possess knowledge of the senior care industry
- Ability to make sound decisions and demonstrate effective interpersonal skills
- High school graduate or the equivalent
- One year of related business experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience may be considered
- Must possess a valid driver's license, automobile insurance and have reliable transportation
