Service Coordinator - Home Care Agency

Mid-Eastern Shore

Home Instead is seeking an upbeat, and engaging individual to fill the full-time Service Coordinator position in our Easton, MD office.
The Service Coordinator is responsible for scheduling clients and caregivers in order to provide the highest quality service to clients with emphasis on creating extraordinary relationships.

You will need to bring creative thinking and dedication to others as you manage schedules for our clients and caregivers.
A genuine love for others, respect for their situations, and willingness to find solutions while being attentive to the details is key!

This is a fast-paced administrative role that will include routine work on the phone and several intuitive software programs which we will introduce you to.
Experience in this field is not necessary - we can train you, however experience with scheduling or dispatching is a huge plus!

This position is Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm in our office and a rotation of after hours on-call phone duties (minimum one day/week and one weekend/month).
