Backup Caregiver to Cover Shifts as Needed
Earn more pay! Caregiver must be available to cover shifts for caregivers that are unable to attend their scheduled shift assignments. We call these un-planned shift call-offs. You will choose your availability for daytime, evening or overnight shifts, but must be available during those times for shift openings, sometimes at a moment’s notice. Service area covers Douglas County and Shawnee County and surrounding areas. Full and Part-time positions available.
Pay: Starts at $18.00 per hour. Opportunity for additional pay based on years of experience in Caregiving and various administrative duties.
If you are an experienced Caregiver and have the flexibility noted above, you are an ideal candidate for this opportunity. You must be available for at least 8 hours 4 days per week, including one weekend day.

Job Requirements
- Motor vehicle, criminal background checks, drug screening, including marijuana required for employees.
- Valid Driver’s License Required. Must have your own clean, well-maintained vehicle with updated insurance coverage. 3 years of driving history required.
- Education: High school or equivalent education (Preferred)
- Experience: Caregiving: 1 year (Preferred)
- Work Location: Caregiving duties are performed at the client’s home.
