As a Care Support Specialist you'll assist with administrative tasks as well as managing employment and service inquiries. In this role, you'll answer phone calls, welcome visitors, schedule appointments, and prepare files. A first-class support specialist would be an administrative expert who can create an efficient environment with organization, ambition, and open-mindedness. Don't worry if you're not an expert yet, we'll help you get there!

Primary Responsibilities:
• Answering calls, as well as welcoming and assisting office visitors.
• Scheduling and confirming appointments with potential clients and employees.
• Obtaining and updating leads' personal information.
• Creating and maintaining electronic records.
• Preparing files for consultation and evaluation.
• Managing inquiries and relaying messages about scheduling, referrals, and care needs.


Requirements:
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Extensive experience in customer service
• Ability to create a welcoming environment.
• Ability to answer calls, schedule appointments, obtain detailed records, and relay messages.
• Ability to identify issues and provide solutions or escalate to the appropriate department
