Are you passionate about working with seniors and making a positive impact in their lives? Home Instead is seeking compassionate individuals to join our team of Care Professionals. Whether you're new to caregiving or have experience in the field, we provide comprehensive training at our Care Professional Training Centers.

About Us: Home Instead is an international non-medical home care company with over 20 years of experience serving seniors in the Montgomery County Area.

Job Opportunities: We have immediate openings for both Part-Time and Full-Time Care Professionals. Our goal is to establish recurring schedules for caregivers, but we also offer flexibility to accommodate various availability needs.

Responsibilities:

• Provide companionship and engage in meaningful conversations with seniors.
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation.
• Provide incidental transportation for appointments, errands, and activities.
• Remind clients to take medications as prescribed.
• Assist with grooming, bathing, toileting, and incontinence care.
• Receive specialized training in Alzheimer’s care.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Ability to treat seniors with dignity and respect.
• Good listening skills with a friendly and patient demeanor.
• Must pass background checks, DMV check, and drug screening.
• Possess a valid driver’s license, social security card, and auto insurance.
• Previous caregiving experience is preferred but not necessary.
• Ready to work in Montgomery County
