Job Opportunities

We are urgently hiring full-time and part-time male caregivers throughout Montgomery County. We aim to provide consistent schedules for our caregivers but also offer flexible hours to accommodate various availability. Daytime and evening shifts are currently available.

Key Responsibilities

• Companionship: Build meaningful relationships through conversation and engagement.
• Home Support: Help with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and errands.
• Transportation: Provide safe transport for appointments, errands, and social activities.
• Personal Care: Assist with grooming, bathing, toileting, incontinence care, and transfers.
• Medication Reminders: Ensure clients stay on track with prescribed medications.
• Specialized Training: Receive thorough training in Alzheimer’s and dementia care.

Skills and Qualifications

• A compassionate, respectful, and patient approach to caregiving.
• Full-time or part-time availability for shifts.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Must pass background checks, DMV checks, and drug screening.
• Valid driver’s license, Social Security card, and auto insurance.
• Prior caregiving experience is preferred but not required.
