April 2024 Rookie of the Month - Kathryn S.
"I am a single mother and I spent almost 20 years as a stay-at-home mom and wife and home schooled my youngest. During that time, I took care of my mother and my aunt at the end of their lives when they weren't able to. I am attending school to pursue a degree as a physical therapy assistant. I enjoy cooking, crafting, decorating, refinishing furniture, hiking, kayaking and watching Gilmore Girls on a repeated loop with my kiddo. I also enjoy reading and worked at a library for almost five years before starting to work at Home Instead. Taking care of people is really a passion for me and I seem to do that in all aspects of my life."
