We are searching for a dedicated and responsible individual wanting a long term employment relationship who will oversee and coordinate our client and caregiver needs. This person MUST be focused on the compliance aspect of the role and have a desire to provide solutions to families while maintaining their rights at all times.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a service focused industry, with a calling to do what is "right" for those we assist, and thrive in a fast paced ever changing environment. Direct in-home care experience is ideal but we are willing to consider individuals with the heart to serve our senior population and who will enhance our current team.

Primary Objectives:
• Meet with prospective clients in order to discover their needs, sign them up for service and establish a care relationship.
• Ensure satisfaction, safety and quality care through regular phone and in-person contact with clients and representatives.
• Be a point of contact, meet with clients and family members to facilitate service plans, and head problem resolution for client care issues.
• Maintain documentation necessary to remain compliant with all state, federal and franchise standards.
• Uncover opportunities to protect and expand service hours with the aim of improving the overall value we provide to clients.
• Reflect the values of KUWT Jones, LLC d.b.a. Home Instead®.
• Oversee and support Care Professionals to ensure that their employment experience is favorable and rewarding.
• Conduct on-site supervisory visits, introductions, and field training to ensure competence and compliance with care plans.
• Work alongside the recruitment and retention team to reduce turnover and develop incentive plans.
• Be familiar with or able to learn assistive technology essential to day to day operations and be diligent with documentation.

Must have the ability to:
• Perform essential job functions such as: standing, walking, driving, bending, twisting, kneeling, reaching, pushing, pulling, carrying and lifting up to 25 pounds
• Travel with the use of a shared company vehicle in the community and surrounding areas to meet with potential clients, current clients and families.
• Gain mastery of the following technical systems/processes/resources: Outlook Calendars, Outlook Mail, WellSky (Clear Care), Home Instead "Hub", Salesforce, Empower Training, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Phone System, EFax, and/or any system implemented by the agency to ensure proper client care oversight.
• Maintain excellent attendance at the office to perform job responsibilities.

Secondary Responsibilities:
• Assist with on-call duties as needed.
• Conduct training sessions as needed.
• This position may require work after normal office hours and weekends, as needed.
• Other duties as assigned, including caregiving.
