Caregivers Day Shift

Fluency in both English and Spanish Required!
Day Shift Monday - Friday in Boca Raton!

Home Instead is a non-medical senior care organization specializing in companionship and personal care for seniors and special needs patients residing in their private residences or in a facility. We are looking for CARING and COMPASSIONATE individuals with experience in this field to become a part of our Home Instead family and join our mission of enhancing the lives of aging adults throughout our community.

Requirements to be a caregiver:

• Ability to treat and care for seniors and special needs clients with dignity and respect
• Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner
• If you drive, you must possess a valid driver's license and valid auto insurance.
• Successfully pass the DMV and drug screening check

What We Offer:

• 3-part compensation package: base pay, unlimited bonus programs, full benefit package
• If hired, you will become an employee. We pay/file your payroll taxes for you and you get a W2 tax return.
• Earn 1.5 times your pay rate for working overtime and holidays.

Duties include but are not limited to,

• Companionship
• Light housekeeping
• Meal Preparation
• Medication reminders
• Errands
• Assistance to & from appointments
• Activities of Daily Living such as dressing, grooming, feeding, incontinence care, and transferring
• Specialized care such as Alzheimer’s and Dementia Care
