SCHEDULE WILL CONSIST OF 5-6 DAYS – DAY TIME SHIFTS

Home Instead provides a variety of non-medical services that allow seniors (and others) to remain in their home and meet the challenges of aging with dignity, care, and compassion.
Many of our clients have sought us out to for assistance with:
- Companionship and conversation, and engaging in activities of particular interest
- Personal care, including bathing and personal grooming
- Light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Accompany to doctor's appointments or run errands
- Medication and appointment reminders
- Alzheimer’s or dementia care
Our Caregivers are our employees, therefore we:
- Screen, hire and train to a high standard
- Offer competitive pay and incentive programs
- Offer flexibility in work assignments to meet both Caregivers and client needs
- Provide professional liability insurance for every employee
- Complete background checks including criminal and drug screening
- Require Caregivers to hold valid auto insurance and driver's license
- Manage all payroll and file employee payroll taxes
- Utilize sophisticated technology to assess our clients and match them with an appropriate Caregiver
Applicant's with prior home health industry experience are preferred, however we may consider other relevant experience.
