Day Shift Monday - Friday in Boca Raton!
Fluency in both English and Spanish Required!

We are looking for CARING and COMPASSIONATE individuals with experience in this field to become a part of our Home Instead family and join our mission of enhancing the lives of aging adults throughout our community.

Home Insteaedical senior care specializes in providing companionship and personal care for seniors and special needs patients residing in their private residences or in a facility.

Duties include but are not limited to,

• Companionship
• Light housekeeping
• Meal Preparation
• Medication reminders
• Errands
• Assistance to & from appointments
• Activities of Daily Living such as dressing, grooming, feeding, incontinence care, and transferring
• Specialized care such as Alzheimer’s and Dementia Care

What We Offer:

• 3-part compensation package: base pay, unlimited bonus programs, full benefit package
• If hired, you will become an employee. We pay/file your payroll taxes for you and you get a W2 tax return.
• Earn 1.5 times your pay rate for working overtime and holidays.

Requirements to be a caregiver:

• Ability to treat and care for seniors and special needs clients with dignity and respect
• Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner
• If you drive, you must possess a valid driver's license and valid auto insurance.
• Successfully pass the DMV and drug screening check
