Position: Registered Nurse (RN)
Location: Minot, ND
Schedule: PRN, 2-3 days per week

Position Overview:
We seek a compassionate, experienced RN to join our Minot office as a Client Care Coordinator. This role involves working closely with our veterans, overseeing their care plans, managing medication, conducting client assessments, and ensuring quality assurance. You will collaborate with case managers to provide our clients with the highest level of care.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducted client assessments and developed personalized care plans.
- Oversee medication management and coordinate medication fills.
- Perform monthly quality assurance visits.
- Collaborate with case managers to maintain the highest standards of care for our veterans.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing.
- Previous experience in home care, healthcare, or a related field.
- Strong assessment and care planning skills.
- Knowledge of medication management practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
- Valid RN license.
- Availability to work 2-3 days a week with a flexible schedule.
