About Us
Dr. Aaron & Ada Christopher

Dr. Aaron & Ada Christopher

Dr. Aaron and Ada Christopher are multi-unit owners of Home Instead franchises in Illinois and Iowa. They have two children and live in Port Byron, IL. They both have a passion for working with seniors and making a positive impact in their community.

 

Ada has a Bachelor’s in Business and two Master’s Degrees; an MBA and a Masters of Accounting and Financial Management. Throughout her professional career, she has worked in a variety of leadership roles in the healthcare field and service organizations. This includes non-profits serving under-served populations and economically challenged families, as well as Federally Qualified Health Clinics. She learned early on that her calling was serving others and is passionate about serving seniors and families.

 

Aaron is a practicing Certified Public Accountant. He earned his Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Accounting and his PhD from Claremont Graduate University. He has worked in public accounting, as an accounting professor, and as the Chief Financial Officer for several large organizations. Aaron owns several practices in staffing, finance, accounting services and investments.

 

Their mission is to enhance the lives of seniors by providing a network of reliable, compassionate, and well-trained Care Professionals. They are on call to quickly answer your questions and accommodate your senior in-home care needs.

Robin M., Business Manager

Robin is our Business Manager for Home Instead Senior Care’s Bettendorf, Moline, Crystal Lake and Rockford locations. She has her Associates in Psychology/HR degree from Scott Community College. As Business Manager, Robin is responsible for the financial side of Home Instead Senior Care including billing, payroll, and bookkeeping. Robin enjoys being part of the Home Instead team and offering support to a company whose focus is on caring for Seniors.

Kayla M., Service Coordinator

Kayla serves as a Service Coordinator at the Moline and Bettendorf Offices. Armed with an Associate Degree in Medical Assisting from Brown Mackie College, she is dedicated to making a positive impact at Home Instead. Kayla's primary goal is to foster excellent matches between clients and care professionals, ensuring seniors can thrive in the comfort of their homes. Thrilled to be part of the Home Instead family, she looks forward to nurturing growth in herself and others.

Jody N., Client Care Coordinator Illinois

As the Client Care Coordinator for the Illinois Quad Cities at Home Instead, Jody embodies the core values of our organization while fulfilling a range of crucial responsibilities. Jody handles all service inquiries, conduct care consultations with prospective clients and their families, facilitate introductions between clients and caregivers, and conduct quality assurance visits with existing clients.

With over a year of experience at Home Instead and a decade of caregiving experience, Jody takes pride in her role. It brings Jody immense satisfaction to assist clients in receiving the care they need while enabling them to remain in the comfort of their own homes.

Julie Belman, Client Care Coordinator Iowa

Julie Belman serves as the Client Care Coordinator in Iowa, bringing six years of dedicated service to Home Instead. In her role, Julie plays a pivotal role in liaising between clients, CarePros, and families, ensuring seamless coordination of care services. She is responsible for speaking with families and potential clients, setting up Home Instead services, and crafting personalized care plans to meet individual needs.

A proud alumna of the University of Iowa, Julie is an enthusiastic Hawkeye fan. Outside of work, she cherishes time spent with her four daughters and two dogs. Julie's passion for helping others extends beyond her professional endeavors; she ran a Meals on Wheels program for 30 years before joining Home Instead. Her love for ensuring the well-being of others is evident in her commitment to providing exceptional care and support to clients and their families.

Michelle Y., Training & Engagement Coordinator

Michelle our Training & Engagement Coordinator has been a lifelong resident of Davenport. With a robust 23-year tenure in the healthcare field, Michelle brings a wealth of experience to her role at Home Instead. Previously, she served as a Home Health Aide at Genesis VNA for four years and as a CNA at Ridgecrest for twelve years.

In her downtime, she enjoys embarking on mini road trips, often discovering hidden culinary gems along the way. Michelle shares her home with two children and two dogs, though she jests about which receives more pampering.

Mary Kate O., Recruiter

Mary Kate is the recruiter for Quad Cities Home Instead, covering both the Moline and Bettendorf offices. With a wealth of experience in recruiting and training acquired from diverse retail environments, including big-box and small businesses, Mary Kate brings invaluable expertise to her role. Her degree in Business Administration, focusing on Human Resources from Purdue Global University, further strengthens her ability to excel in recruitment.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Mary Kate finds joy in immersing herself in books and cherishing moments with her doggo. Her passion for helping others extends to her work, where she derives fulfillment from assisting individuals in discovering their true calling and finding purpose in their careers.

Ron C., Business Development Manager Iowa

Ron comes to Home Instead with 32 years of previous healthcare experience, helping seniors in the community navigate their way through the aging process with Respect, Dignity and Empathy. 

Ron is a native of the Quad Cities and is known as a noteworthy leader in the Health Care industry. Previous professional experience include Director Purchasing/Director Medicare Finance/Director Rehab Services/Administrator Home Care services/Director Operations and Director Business Development. 

In addition to his work in Healthcare, Ron is involved in giving back to the community. Ron is currently a Board Member of the plus 60 club, Bettendorf Kiwanis Board Member, Bettendorf Business Network Board Member, Committee Member for the Quad Cities Alzheimer’s Association. 

Ron along with his wife Jamie and their daughter Jenna live in Bettendorf.
