I have been using Home Instead the past two years for in home care for my mom. The care providers have
been such a great help with both in home care and also getting her to her appointments as I live a good
distance away and can't always make it over to take her. Also Jennifer Hammons the Client Services
Manager is top notch in her position. She is very attentive to her clients needs and very prompt in responding
back when reached out to.

We have been a client of Home Instead for several months and I highly recommend them. Their service has
been outstanding and a great help to us. Kimberly and her team are great in assigning a care provider that is
both a good match for the client and the assigned Home Instead care provider. Our Home Instead care
provider, Ashlie, is a great help, a wonderful companion, and very attentive to my wife.

My husband, Glenn, has been a client of Home Instead (Arnold, MD) for two and a half years. When we originally requested their care-giving assistance, Glenn just needed help showering, walking to the bathroom, having his meals prepared, etc. However, over the two-year period, he declined substantially, both physically and mentally, and now is a total-care-client. I am extremely grateful for the wonderful support provided by
both the care-givers and the Home Instead administrative staff, particularly Kim. With very few exceptions (three to be precise over the entire period) the care-givers have been knowledgeable and experienced with respect to both Glenn's physical and mental requirements. In those few times I was dissatisfied with the caregiver, Kim listened to my concerns and immediately changed care-givers. We have been particularly lucky to have had the same care-giver, Pam, (Tues-Fri) for two years. I believe she is an angel that flies down to earth each of those weekday mornings to tend to all aspects of my husband's well-being! Fortunately, Kim makes every effort to send the same care-giver every Monday. This is important because they know Glenn, his routine, and my house, thereby requiring little assistance from me. Lately, another angel, Nicole, has been my
Monday life-saver.

We only used them for a couple of weeks, but they provided the best service possible. All of the aids were wonderful. Kim Lynch was phenomenal; she was so helpful and provided fast schedule/service changes when needed. This company truly cares about all the people they serve. Home Instead has provided personal companions for my 103 year old friend who provide her with company,
light cleaning and meal prep. While several different Home Instead personnel have filled the weekly three
four-hour shifts, everyone has been professional and helpful

Home Instead was a lifesaver when my mom needed help during her recovery after a serious illness. The
administrative component gets five stars for communication, responsiveness, and accuracy! The caregivers
also get five stars for kindness, thoroughness, and capability in providing care for my mom. I would not
hesitate to use the services of Home Instead again and would highly recommend them to others. They were
excellent all around.

The Home Instead Team are amazing. They made the whole process of finding a caregiver for my mother
easy. When you call them for anything from scheduling a caregiver to paying an invoice, they make you feel

We’ve been with Home Instead for over a year now and we are extremely satisfied with their service. They are

anything we need is always extremely professional, kind and genuine. She is fantastic. Our aides, Melissa and
Angie are exceptional. They always go above and beyond and truly care. We are so grateful for them. Great

In the beginning, Home Instead provided care for my Mom. She needed assistance with various daily living
tasks as she uses a wheelchair and is unable to do certain things independently. The care she received has
been wonderful. If a caregiver was not the right match, Home Instead would do whatever they could to find
the right one, and listen to the reasons why the person was not the right match.
As time went on, my Dad also needed care, more than what was necessary for my Mom. Home Instead
assessed the needs of both my parents and provided us with the most amazing caregiver, ever!
Without Home Instead, their supportive team and the wonderful caregivers, my parents would not be able to
stay in their home.
I highly recommend Home Instead, and be upfront with them when there is a problem, they will handle it and
work it out in the interest of the person receiving care!
